Hey, I am Allie Zhai 🤗 , a product designer based in London, UK.
My background in Materials Engineering in conjunction with design elements have shaped my logical thinking skills and practical applications of the design thinking process. I am fueled by my passion for understanding the new technology and innovation and love the fact that design is so powerful that can directly impact on people's life. That's why I decided to switch to design completely and create meaningful designs that are both functional and beautiful.

My experience
I was born and raised in Beijing, China with multicultural family background 🇨🇳🇰🇷🇯🇵,
and came to the UK in 2014 to receive my higher education. This experience has taught me to stay as a highly empathetic and adaptable individual. I considered myself a ‘forever student,’ eager to both understand new technical skills, creativity and innovation, and stay in tune with the latest technology vision and digital trends through continued self-work and future professional development.
